Jax Fine Wine & Spirits is hosting a 6 Wine 6 Course Trione Wine Dinner At Basil's in Buchead Trione formerly supplied cult wineries like Peter Michael and Paul Hobbs but they decided to produce their own wines from their best grapes about 10 years ago. Patrick Seymour the National Sales Manager, who assits in nthe winemaking, will be present to lead the dinner. The wines we are pouring are superb and include the best Sauvignon Blanc from California in addition to awesome Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Henry's Bordeaux Blend, Cabernet and Zinfandel. A Set of one bottle of each would cost in excess of $260! Join us!

First Course: 2016 Trione Chardonnay with Bacon-Wrapped Scallops,
Second Course: 2014 Trione Pinot Noir with Grilled Salmon and Quinoa,
Third Course: 2013 Henry"s (red) Blend with Sliced Ribeye, Whipped Potatoes and Peppercorn Sauce,
Fourth Course: 2012 Trione Cabernet Sauvignon with Lamb Chops with Mushroom Rissotto,
Dessert: 2014 Flatridge Zinfandel with Chocolate-Fresh Berry Tart.
