Odds are, you’ve walked past a display of beautiful cookbooks from Chef Yotam Ottolenghi – be it Jerusalem, Plenty, or any other of his picturesque books. His cooking style is rooted in, but not confined to, his Middle Eastern upbringing. In this class, you’ll be learning about the food from the city that inspired these books, and just like the great Ottolenghi, learning to marry the food with a wider range of textures and flavors from the Mediterranean, Middle East, and Asia. This will be the perfect opportunity to get hands-on with one of the BCAE’s most knowledgeable instructors in an exploration of traditional vs modern food, rooted in one of the most incredible and dynamic cities on the planet!
