Chef Lars Liebisch is here to show you timeless methods professional chefs utilize in preparing underappreciated cuts of meat. You’ll be hands-on stewing, braising, grinding, pounding, and slicing thin until you’ve created some unbelievably delicious dishes. It’s time to go the whole hog and become a meat master!
