Our annual last festival of the season is filled with Canadian Pride from Coast to Coast. This event is a true celebration of Canadian wines and winemaking talent at its best served with traditional summer dishes from across the country. You’ll have the opportunity to start the summer off sampling delicious libations from some of Canada’s best and you’re sure to find some new favourites that will be perfect to toasting our wonderful country this Canada Day weekend.
From maple syrup poutine to east coast seafood chowder, your palate will be well indulged. All dishes will be made with locally sourced produce and will be an excellent chance to get to know Alberta farmers and food suppliers.
