Executive Chef Creon Mallett and Pastry Chef Jessi Papke, from the Boho Brunch Team will magically transform Nia Mediterranean Restaurant, on Randolph Street, in Chicago, into a Bohemian Brunch Paradise this Easter. You won’t want to miss this BOHEME EASTER BRUNCH POP-UP, featuring BOTTOMLESS MIMOSAS. The chefs take brunching seriously and want to share their trendy boho vibes with you. They are hard at work on their debut cookbook but are taking time this spring to surprise and delight guests with their creative flavors, inspired recipes and unique, classic and nouveau brunch combinations. Each dish is handmade and crafted with love and their eccentric flair.

Boheme Brunch proudly offer mouth-watering 4-course prix-fixe menu with many options including some of their favorite brunch treats and premium ingredients such as: Quinoa & Sweet Potato Fritter Benedict with Green Hummus and Tomato, Fruit Basket Brioche French Toast with Nueske’s Bacon, Southern Biscuit Benedict, Porchetta Spiced Pork Shoulder, Bircher Muesli, Shrimp Diablo and Cheddar Grits with Waffle Croutons, Bohemian Potatoes with Dill Mornay and even a Surprise Boho Poutine. Sweet treats include “Our Grammys’ Classic Pecan Rolls”, Brown Butter Shortbread and Palmiers cookies. Something delicious for everybody, and more.
