Adana is our first foray into Japanese cuisine. At Adana Chef Shota Nakajima and his team transform Japanese comfort food into a fine dining experience. Our seven-course tasting menu will be a celebration of seasonality, flavor, texture, and presentation — culinary high art, indeed.
The $107 event prepayment includes tax, tip, and administrative fee; alcohol / beverages / coffee / tea are not included. Optional wine pairing is available at $45 per person along with an interesting array of Japanese whisky, sake, and Japanese-inspired cocktails. We will arrange for our server to bill you individually for beverages and food outside the tasting menu. Do let us know of any dietary restrictions you may have.
