BLT STEAK DC CELEBRATES PASSOVER WITH 8 NIGHTS OF SEDER-INSPIRED DISHESBLT Steak DC is giving families and loved ones a place to gather this Passover with a special Black Board menu, featuring modern takes on traditional Seder foods in honor of the upcoming holiday. DC’s downtown dining destination will feature symbolic Passover foods like lamb saddle, latkes, and sweet stuffed crispy filo available as a la carte, throughout the holiday, from Friday, March 30th through Saturday, April 7th.
During the week of Passover, Chef de Cuisine Michael Bonk will serve his takes on the classic holiday dishes for guests looking to celebrate the Passover traditions. The Passover-friendly menu will include dishes such as a Crispy Chicken Livers with za’atar spice and red onion jam, Beef Brisket with duck fat roasted potatoes, prunes, and caramel, Latkes with potato, turnip, and dilled sour cream, and a Sweet Stuffed Crispy Filo with orange, pistachio, almonds, honey, and vanilla.
