Let’s Make Pasta – Dinner & Cooking Show

Direct from Rome, Italy to Ocean Beach comes Cesarina’s Pasta.

Cesarina and her husband Nicollo will first serve an aperitivo and then prepare a three-course dinner before your very eyes. (and your questions/comments)

Cesarina will demonstrate how to make fresh “pasta all’uovo”, and will share all her secret family recipes.

Award-winning Gianni Buonomo wines are aplenty at San Diego’s favorite Urban Winery.

The event starts at 5:00 pm with a meet and greet reception and aperitivo. Meet your chefs, sommelier and fellow guests.

At 5:30 pm  (Italian time) Cesarina will start her cooking show.
She will make fresh “Pasta all’uovo” from scratch, showing and explaining in detail all the different phases in the pasta making process.  Cesa will be answering all your questions and will satisfy your curiosity with actual demonstrations!

At 6pm you will sit back, relax and enjoy Cesarina’s signature three-course menu crafted for this spectacular dinner.
