Cost: $75 for Club Members, $108 for non-Members
It's definitely looking like Spring in the vineyard. The vines are in their flowering stage and well on their way to producing another great vintage. We're also enjoying a lovely crop of bluebonnets and other wildflowers around the vineyard. To celebrate, we're having a dinner party, and we hope you'll join us!
First Course – Heirloom Tomato Tartlets with Nicoise Olive Tapenade and Arugula
Main Course – Slow Roasted Rack of Lamb with Fruit Chutney and Seasonal Vegetables
Dessert – Baked Apricot and Cointreau Cheesecake
