First Course - Estate Pinot Noir - Trio of Spoons -Lobster Claw – Tuna Tartare – Smoked Salmon

Second Course - Estate Merlot - Veal Scaloppini, Prosciutto, Sundried Tomato, Spinach, Angel Hair

Third Course - Estate Cabernet Sauvignon - Bacon-Wrapped Braised Short Ribs, Baby Carrot, Red Potato Truffle Mash
