Soaring Hawk is a "nano" boutique winery usually only open by appointment. We are allowed to be open to the public during Paso Robles local wine festivals so we'll be open on the weekend of March 17 and 18 from 11 to 5. We are "off-the-beaten" path to be sure, but most of our visitors agree that it is worth taking the beautiful drive along the backroads of Santa Margarita. There are two other wineries in the area to visit as well - Vintage Cowboy next to Pozo Saloon in Pozo and Ancient Peaks in the town of Santa Margarita.
The only employees are the owners of our little winery so you will have your wine tasting experience with the owners during every visit to Soaring Hawk! Our tastings are always complimentary.
