Campbell Liquor Presents - International Rosé Day
In our humble opinion rosés are one of the two types of wine that are the most food friendly (the other is Champagne). Why do we say that? Well, a rosé can be downright lovely bone dry, or fruity and off-dry or even sweet. Take your pick. In North America we see pink and we automatically think sweet. However, we would hazard a guess that 90-95% of the rosé wines made in the world are dry. We could go on and on, but what would be better is if you popped by to see Richard this weekend.
