It’s crawfish time! Now that we got a few weeks of decent weather, our minds quickly turned to our favorite representation of Louisiana food culture – CRAWFISH!
The two Clays (Nelson and Walker) will again be manning the boiling pots, which will contain Louisiana crawfish, corn, potatoes, mushrooms, garlic and whatever else may strike the cooks’ fancy. They like to surprise us occasionally with pineapple (trust us, it is good)! Our favorite local beer sponsor – Great Raft Brewing – will have tasty local brew on hand and there will be some fun waters from Whole Foods Market, but feel free to BYOB as well.
Tickets are on sale online through April 6; if any remain, we will sell tickets at the door.
- General admission: $30 in advance, $35 at the door
- Slow Food Members: $25 in advance, $30 at the door (password sent to email address on file)
- Children under 12 are free UNLESS they eat crawfish like a grown up. We use the honor system.
There are only 70 tickets available, so don’t wait too long!
And we send a hearty “THANKS” to Slow Food members Meredith and Clay Nelson for hosting this event for us year after year.
Limited tickets available, so don't dilly dally!
