Born in Alsace and raised around Paris, Pierre Olivier has been working in the wine industry for 10 years, the last two and a half with Gérard Bertrand. A self-proclaimed lover of wine, people, the outdoors and traveling, Pierre will share the Gérard Bertrand history, their focus on the Languedoc-Roussillon region, its diversity, their commitment to sustainable and biodynamic practices and, of course, their wines! Olivia Littell of the Fine Wine Division of Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits has selected five beautiful wines and Chef Oakley has used his culinary genius, pairing each, to create this fantastic menu:
