On Easter Sunday, April 1, Left Bank Brasserie on Santana Row in San Jose will be serving a seasonally inspired brunch menu (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM) plus, all-day, select regular lunch and dinner menu items as well as a Dungeness crab cake dish and a spring lamb dish (dinner until 10:00 PM). The brunch menu will include Garlic Pork Sausage Hash with spinach, mushrooms, blue cheese, Yukon Gold potatoes, sunny side up egg and hollandaise/$15.00; Ze LB BLT on country levain bread with goat cheese, tomatoes, arugula, bacon, sunny side up egg, hollandaise and a petite salade/$12.00; Pain Perdu, traditional thick French toast, with orange cream, mixed berry compote and maple syrup/$13.00; Omelette Jambon Fromage, a ham and Swiss omelette with mixed greens/$12.00; Salmon Hash, a smoked salmon and salmon hash with red onions, tomatoes, parsley, Yukon Gold potatoes, poached egg and hollandaise/$15.00; Quiche du Jardin with asparagus, sun dried tomatoes, red onions, goat and Swiss cheese, organic greens and a mustard vinaigrette/$13.00; Eggs Benedict with poached eggs, Parisian ham, English muffins, hollandaise and Yukon Gold potatoes with fines herbs/$15.00, Florentine style (with spinach) for $17.00; and Steak and Eggs with marinated grilled Prime sirloin, two sunny side up eggs and Yukon Gold potatoes with fines herbs/$20.00.
