Vine and Dine is celebrating Earth Day at one of Calgary’s favourite restaurants - Brasserie Kensington, a French-inspired, Alberta-driven, and Canadian Brasserie inspired by local, seasonal ingredients -we can’t wait to join them this Earth Day!
This is a special night where we’ll be enjoying a delicious four-course environmentally-friendly meal, with Chef Jorel Zielke cooking for us, and telling us about his food. Each course is paired with an environmentally-friendly wine - or maybe two wines with some courses - and we’ll learn about natural wine and why it matters.
