Join us for a fun & educational evening eating regional dishes of Tuscany paired with lovely Tuscan & other Italian Wines.  Bruschetta canapés, anti-pasto, a lovely salad, Florentine-style Meatloaf & a Casatta dessert.  We’ll taste Vernaccia, Tuscan Chardonnay, Sangiovese, Super Tuscan & Vin Santo with our dessert.  Great house-baked breads and expert wine instruction by the Wasatch Academy of wine.  Foods prepared by Chef Drew, Royal & Reah.  This is an experience you can only get at Ecole Dijon.
