Diverse, delicious and incredibly versatile. Sherry!
The Sherry revival continues as more Sherry bars are popping up on both coasts and in the UK. With the popularity of small plates, craft cocktails, Spanish wines, highly seasoned menu items and new experiences, Sherry is ideal.
But, you’ve probably been lied to. Somewhere, somehow, you were taught that all Sherry is sweet. We all were lied to! Most Sherry wines are dry, ranging from bone-dry to crisp and yes- to unctuous sweet. There is something for everyone, if you are a lover of Scotch and Whisky, Sherry may be the favorite wine you’ve never tried.
Join us to learn about and to taste through a broad range of Sherry from Bodegas Lustau. Lustau’s philosophy has remained the same since its inception in 1896: the pursuit of the highest quality in order to offer the market the widest and finest range of sherry.
We will have 3 Certified Sherry Specialists to lead the evening, led by Maggie Harrison of Vintage Wines with the assistance of our very own Salena Hays and Lorne McLelland.
Come and see for yourself what all the hype is about! This is a sit down tasting, so reservations are required. Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call 440-498-9463. Foods will be served to demonstrate the versitility of these wines.
