Executive Chef Nick Simons was born and raised in North Louisiana.  He has always been passionate and supportive of what Regional Southern cuisine has brought to the table here in Shrevport.    

It has always been Nick's dream to put together a dinner that would best speak for he loves in food that best depicts local support for vendors and flovors that remind you of your childhood memories.
