LB Steak on Santana Row in San Jose to Host the Aww Shucks! Oyster Festival

LB Steak on Santana Row in San Jose will host the Aww Shucks! Oyster Festival 2018 beginning on Monday, March 26 and continuing through Saturday, March 31. During lunch and dinner, special menu highlights will include a half dozen raw oysters ($21.00) with two Beausoleil New Brunswick, two Skookum, Puget Sound and two Tomales Bay, plus six grilled oysters ($21.00) served with BBQ sauce or bourbon maple glaze. In addition, throughout the festival, all bottles of Champagne will be offered at 50% off. The restaurant’s regular a la carte lunch and dinner menus will continue to be available.

In the spirit of the occasion, daily during the festival two Golden Oysters from the raw bar will be served to two random winners who will receive a prize (LB Steak gift card, wine, etc.). In celebration of National Oysters on the Half Shell Day on Saturday, March 31, the restaurant will offer “Long Week, Shuck It” with $1.00 raw oysters all day (minimum 6 oysters).
