Sandra Cemulini will guide you into an introductory course on wine paired with a selection of cheese and bread. This is wine tasting made fun…and informative. No need to be intimidated, as we’ll learn some simple techniques that teach us how to use our senses to detect the characteristics of a wine. We also will be tasting and comparing wines (varietals… Old world/New world…). This is an interactive event where you can discover the pleasure of enjoying wine in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. You will leave with your own pocket wine journal, a print out with all the techniques we’ve learned, and interesting articles pertaining to wine tasting.
