Left Bank Brasserie in Larkspur to Host Oyster Fête 2018
Left Bank Brasserie in Larkspur will host Oyster Fête 2018 beginning on Monday, March 26 and
continuing through Saturday, March 31. During lunch and dinner, special menu highlights will
include Le Salon Des Huîtres ($18.00), a half dozen raw oysters with two Beausoleil New
Brunswick, two Skookum, Puget Sound and two Tomales Bay, Marin County; Les Huîtres À La
Façon Rockefeller ($19.00) with six baked oysters, creamy spinach, hollandaise sauce and
Parmesan cheese; and an Oyster Po’Boy ($15.00), cornmeal breaded deep fried oysters, toasted
brioche, remoulade, coleslaw and crispy onions. Complementing this menu will be a Loire Valley
wine flight of three two-ounce pours ($15.00). All regular a la carte lunch and dinner offerings will
also be available.
In the spirt of the occasion, daily during the fête two Golden Oysters from the raw bar will be
served to two random winners who will receive a “Fun & French” prize (Left Bank gift card, wine,
etc.). In celebration of National Oysters on the Half Shell Day on Saturday, March 31, the
restaurants will offer “Le Buck a Shuck” with $1.00 raw oysters all day (minimum 6 oysters).
