Look no further, we’ve found the pot of gold! Join us on Saturday, March 17 at 11:00am when we will be featuring local brewery, DC Brau Brewing Company. Founded in 2009 by Brandon Skall and Jeff Hancock, it is the first brewery to operate inside the District of Columbia since 1956. As luck would have it, Chef Jacques will be demonstrating how to prepare a four-course beer-centric menu, followed by a luncheon with beer pairings. Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at L’Auberge Chez François with the award-winning beers of DC Brau!
