Our popular Introductory Course is designed as a practical introduction to wine and wine tasting. We don't assume that you have any particular knowledge of wine, only that you have an interest in it.
The course consists of eight two-hour sessions. Session topics are Tasting Technique, Viticulture & Vinification, Southern France, Northern France, Italy, Spain & Portugal, Australia & New Zealand, South Africa & The Americas.
You will taste 6 wines per session and receive a copy of our introductory course manual.
