It's not often we get a world class wine maker in Maine, so when the opportunity came up, we jumped on it!

Meet owner/wine-maker Orlando Pecchenino and taste an amazing line up of wines!

Heres a Sampling of what we will be pouring:

2016 Maestro Langhe Bianco

"The bouquet on the nose is rich, round and buttery.

Fresh, aromatic, and zingy. Sauvignon Blanc brings a crisp acidity and lively aromatics.

Pair with smoked salmon and avocado sushi. Ceviche with cilantro and chili. Oven-baked salmon with cherry tomatoes, broad beans and asparagus."

- 2016 San Luigi Dolcetto
(91 Points- Wine Spectator)
"Aromas and flavors of black cherry, blackberry, earth and spice are the hallmarks of this juicy red. Approachable now, with some tannins on the finish. Decant now or cellar short-term. Drink now through 2021."

- 2013 Siri d'Jirmu Dolcetto (reserve)
(90 Points- Wine Enthusiast)
"This structured Dolcetto offers aromas of blue- and black-skinned fruit, violet, chopped herbs and kitchen spices. The vibrant palate delivers black cherry, black currant, clove, tobacco and anise while firm, refined tannins provide the framework."

- 2013 Bricco Botti Dolcetto Superiore (cru)
(93 Points- James Suckling)
"Really gorgeous dolcetto with lots of gorgeous ripe-fruit, hazelnut and plum aromas and flavors. Full body, velvety tannins and a savory finish. This is always great. Drink now."

- 2015 Langhe Nebbiolo
(90 Points- Wine Spectator)
"Cherry, strawberry, rose petal and spice aromas and flavors mark this elegant, velvety red. Balanced and persistent, with touches of licorice, earth and white pepper on the finish. Drink now through 2020"

- 2013 San Giuseppe Barolo
(96 Points- James Suckling)
"The aromas to this are so beautiful with ripe strawberry, dried lemon and flowers. Full body, dense palate of lots of ripe fruit and a long and flavorful finish. A top wine for the vintage. Drink in 2021."
