entente is honored to welcome G.D. Vajra winery founder, Giuseppe Vajra, for an extraordinary dinner at entente on Wednesday, February 28. This five-course wine dinner features sips from the family’s remarkable estate in the historic Piedmont region of Italy. The restaurant’s Michelin-starred cuisine prepared by Chef Brian Fisher pairs perfectly with a selection from the unique, character-driven wines of the Vajra estate.
During this intimate evening of fine wine and food, Giuseppe will share the stories of this celebrated region, alongside glimpses into his family's heritage, vinegrowing and winemaking, which make the wines so special.
