Let us wine and dine you at our elegant 6 course wine pairing dinner! Each of the gourmet courses are perfectly paired with our Victorianbourg wines to create a sensory sensation! We hope you will join us for this beautiful evening full of fun food and wine!

                                                                                            Menu
App 1- A spin on the traditional sweet macaroons- A fluffy smoked salmon mousse between two savory macaroon pieces, and a tomato pesto mousse between two tomato flavored macaroons.
                                  Paired with your choice of our dry Chardonnay or semi-sweet Muscay

App 2- Savory polenta battered and fried with a ricotta goat cheese whip and crispy pancetta
                                 Paired with your choice of our dry Gruner Veltliner or sweet Pechette

Salad- Local Microgreens topped with pickled radish, pickled beets, wild black rice, truffle cheese and a citrus salty vinaigrette
                                Paired with your choice of our dry Pinot Noir Rose or sweet Toriamour

Pasta Course- Butter and wine poached lobster, scallion microgreens and triple cheese mixture, inside a housemade ravioli, topped with a white wine beurre blanc
                               Paired with your choice of our dry Mare Verd or sweet Uvalina Blanc

Main Entree- Crusted and Seared Lamb served over a rosemary and red wine soaked cherrie grain salad, with a port wine reduction sauce
                              Paired with your choice of our dry Cabernet Franc or semi-sweet Calica

Dessert- A Sweet and Tangy dessert with the beautiful flavors of passionfruit and honeysuckle
                             Paired with your choice of Semi-Sweet Riesling or sweet Tropi
