Presented byJamie Shockley, Portfolio Manager for Pernod Ricard Wines & Champagnes to craft a list of 6 Sparkling wines with a range of tastes & prices to enjoy bubbles more often All of this may be a continuation of the thoughts that started when we found out that Champagne region in Cognac is not the place where Champagne wines came from, well that and its really kind of cool to watch Holly slicing off the heads of bottles, and teaching others how to too! SABERAGE! What we will learn through the tasting is to appreciate various styles of champagne, Blanc de Noirs, (majority Pinot Noir grape) Blanc de Blanc (100% Chardonnay grape), and Rose (Pinot Noir, Petit Meunier & Chardonnay) and swing a saber too!
