We are asked often ~ how can you tell what wine goes with what food ~ well this is the tasting that will help you answer that question without any drama and little fun.

Join us for THREE COURSES and THREE WINES with each course.

1st Course ~ Castello delle Regine 2011 Merlot /Louis Latour 2015 Pouilly Fussee /San Fabiano Chianti 2014 with twice baked loaded potato finished with truffle oil

2nd Course ~ Castello delle Regine Princeps /Monticello Chardonnay /Abbadia Ardegra 2012 Brunello with horseradish cream /caramelized onions /sauteed mushrooms /braised beef /gorgonzola /risotto

3rd Course ~ Monticello 2013 Merlot /Castello delle Regine 2007 Merlot /Vina Robles 2016 Chardonnay with sausage etoufee with pepper biscuit.
