Tickets are $35 and include a (6) Sherry Tasting Flight (including a very rare Oloroso VORS from Bodegas Tradicion), Light Food Pairing, & Education Materials

Attendees will learn about the History of the Sherry Region, Vineyards & Grapes, Ageing Methods via the Solera System, & Influence of the Bodega while tasting and discussing the (5) Dry Sherry Wine styles and (1) very rare Oloroso VORS from Bodegas Tradicion

* Feature Wine - Bodegas Tradicion Oloroso VORS - This exceptional dry Oloroso is the result of long aging in the traditional Solera system over many decades (average of 45 years), in seasoned American oak barrels. This process gives gentle oxidation, concentration and maturation to an extraordinarily classical wine of great muscle, body and power.
