Zinfandel Technical Tasting in Mendocino – A Celebration of Zinfandel is an opportunity for the wine industry, the hospitality industry, sommeliers and wine enthusiasts to get a deeper understanding of Zinfandel. UC Ag Advisor Glenn McGourty, UC Davis Winemaker Chik Brenneman, and local winemakers will guide the discussion and tasting about this unique varietal. Guests will taste Zinfandels from regions throughout California, including Mendocino. A flight of CORO Mendocino and Mendocino Zinfandels will also be featured. Light refreshments will be served.
