Campfire, a restaurant located in the heart of Carlsbad, just launched "Mondays Don’t Suckling,” a weekly series in which they’ll be bringing and roasting a whole suckling pig, snout to tail, while offering Tiki-ish inspired libations. The event will take place every Monday from 5:00 p.m. until the food runs out.
