Dallas’ most iconic destination dining favorite, III Forks, is home to one of North Texas’ most impressive wine lists.  On Thursday, March 1, III Forks presents an exclusive wine dinner featuring the wines of Red Mare  Winery, including the opportunity to meet winery owner Jim Striegel and winemaker Annie Vawter.  The menu and pairings include:

2016 Red Mare Sauvignon Blanc

Northeast Oysters with Tarragon Mignonette – shiitake tempura & green curry shrimp, prosciutto wrapped sea scallops with a Meyer lemon aioli, Greek olive tapenade with sundried tomatoes and feta.
