Join us on Thursday, February 27th, at D & J Bistro (one of the Northwest suburbs most revered restaurants) as we welcome Sergio Germano, winemaker and owner of Ettore Germano! Sergio’s family has been growing grapes in Piedmont since 1856. They are best known for their incredible Barolos, perennial winners of the prestigious Tre Bicchieri award. We are excited to taste two of these beautiful Barolos side by side during the dinner! In addition to the astounding array of traditional local varieties, they also cultivate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, making some stunning traditional method sparkling wines.
