Journey to France to wine and dine on four courses of exquisite meal and wine pairing at our monthly wine dinner in Daytona Beach.
Expert chef will prepare a perfectly paired course with each French wine. Feature wines include Domaine Haut-Blanville Peyrals, Nova Roma Chateauneuf-de-pape, Chateau Jeantieu Bordeaux Superior and more. Our guest speaker -a wine sommelier from S.R. Perrott will guide each course with a description and origination explanation.
Paired dishes include Poached Shrimp with Avocado Mousse, Pan Seared Crab Souffle, and Tarte Tatin.
$69++ per person guarantees four courses plus amuse bouche and unlimited pourings with each course.
