Wisconsin offers a diverse group of wineries, some of them historical and with awarded wines.
Join us on April 21st. on our first trip to two of the acclaimed Wisconsin wineries:
- Historical Wollersheim Winery: This winery was founded in the late 1800s by the later founder of Buena Vista in California. History is something inherent to winemaking, which is why this is a 'must' visit winery in America.
- Botham Winery: A relatively young winery that has a mission to preserve the historical agricultural landscape of Wisconsin by growing their grapes and making the wine in what used to be a 1900's farm. Located in the uplands of Iowa county, shares the experience of vineyard to bottle wine.
