We hope you can join us for a mid-Winter feast of Cassoulet. Cassoulet is one our favorite dishes, a hearty meat and bean stew, which originated in the south of France.
This year, we are excited to welcome our friend Chef Patricia Williams - Executive Chef of 10 Chairs Supper Club, who will be preparing a special 3-course prix fixe starring Cassoulet.
