We will be tasting 4 of the Federalist Wines of California plus an owners pick. Joel Fink of Fantasy Candies will be pouring and discussing the different varietals. Enjoy complimentary chocolates, cheese and crackers.

The Lineup

1. Cabernet Sauvignon - Full bodies with bold flavor and a well rounded palated - Lodi

2. Chardonnay - Creamy, rich and full boddied with a hint of toasted oak Mendocina County

3. Zinfandel Aged In Bourbon Barrels - Mendocina County

4. Red Blend - A union of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel and Malbec (all California)

While in our chocolate factory, you may also enjoy an 8 minute movie in our Tiki Hut theatre learning about chocolate. Where it comes from and how it's made, along with the largest selection of 72% dark chocolates anywhere on this planet. All made fresh on the premises. See you there! Cheers.
