2013 - Cochise County. Deep garnet in color with a nose brimming with cherry and tobacco. Firm tannins on the palate, with a savory earthiness. There is a beautiful lingering finish to this food friendly wine. Aged for 19 months in neutral oak.

Syrah - Beef
2013- Cochise County. Dark fruits dominate in our first vintage of this varietal. Spicy on the nose, with luscious dark fruit, soft tannins, and an earthy finish. Aged in neutral oak.

2015 - Cochise County. Our first dessert wine, made from late harvest Sangiovese grapes. Forged on the dark night of the blood moon, the result is a rich and sumptuous, semi-sweet dessert wine that is perfect with chocolate or caramel.
