On February 21st, Golden Fleece along with Metro Wine’s Asheville School of Wine is eager to introduce you to Axios. Axios is a Napa Valley Cult Cab started by Constantine ‘Gus’ Kalaris, a Greek-American. It is a match made in heaven to our Greek cuisine crafted by Chef George Delidimos. Join us for this decadent four-course paired wine dinner alongside Axios representative, Ryan Kim, a Certified Sommelier of the Court of Master Sommeliers. This dinner will also feature a special limited release of Philotimo, a one of a kind blend of the Cabernet Sauvignon of Axios and Xinomavro of Alpha Estate in Amnydeon, Greece. *Any cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made by February 18th at 8:00pm. Reservation cancellations or no shows after February 18th at 8:00PM will be subject to the full $85 per person charge for their party.
