The Food Lens & the BCAE are excited to welcome Chef Joshua Smith of Moody’s Delicatessen & Provisions back to the BCAE kitchens! Chef Joshua will be revealing some of his secrets to great charcuterie, and you’ll get hands-on making sausages and pate using Joshua’s own recipes & techniques. A not-to-be-missed opportunity!
