Our first evening at Empire Provisions was so good that we just have to come back again! Everyone loved the high-end charcuterie, cheese, relishes, soup, salads, and prepared cooked delicacies.
Until recently, Dave Sturies (Teatro’s head butcher) and Karen Kho (Teatro Group operations manager) only sold their artisan products to a select few restaurants, such as Una Pizza, Tavernetta, and Bar Von Der Fels, but now with a retail store and café, we all have access to these handprepared gourmet products, made only with local, hormone-free animals.
With seating for 24 people, we’ve arranged a special one-off Vine & Dine evening of these gourmet delights, including Empire’s outstanding charcuterie, homemade soup and salads, as well as Empire Executive Chef Taylor Gant’s superb baked goods - and dessert too!
