Mowry & Cotton is teaming up with Gary Farrell Winery for a 3-course wine pairing dinner on Thursday, February 22nd at 7:00 p.m. with a reception at 6:30. Winemaker Theresa Heredia will be in attendance to showcase the latest vintages of her Sonoma County wines. We’ve created an exclusive menu for this event, which includes: Cheesy Cauliflower Dip, Ember Roasted Pear and Duck Pastrami; Charred Ribeye Cap, Cedar Plank Salmon, Caramelized Carrots and Roasted Spaghetti Squash; and Butter Roasted Apples with Rosemary Smoke, Lemon and Pink Peppercorn. The cost is $60/person plus tax and gratuity.
