Charles Dion Springfield is a certified sommelier in New York City where he developed a tailor-made lifestyle marketing company focusing on his approach to wine, events and joie de vivre (the joy of living). He specializes in matching the right wines with the right people and the right occasions: teaching wine classes, hosting wine events and promoting overall wine appreciation.
The New York State of Wines class will focus on the basics of wine (growing, fermenting) and incorporate lesser known facts on wine in this State and how to smell and taste wine effectively to ensure maximum satisfaction.
The class is one and a half hours in duration. Students will sample five (5) wines. Light snacks and water will be served with the wine. The admission fee covers educational and event materials. The free wine pours are sample size. No wine will be sold at this event.
