Begin with Crab Rangoon and Pork Egg Roll paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa Candleglow® White followed by Egg Drop Soup paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa White Blossom. Next enjoy Asian Beef with Asparagus and Snap Peas and “General Frank’s” (aka Chef Frank’s) Chicken with Onion, Carrot, and Broccoli sautéed with Garlic and Chiles in a Sweet and Spicy Sauce served with Brown Rice and paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa Marquette Rosé. Enjoy Chinese Cake paired with Tassel Ridge Iowa Prairie Snow® to end the evening on a sweet note!
