Chateau Ste. Michelle Canoe Ridge Estate Cabernet (90 Rating)- An almost impossible to find smooth, dry Cabernet that has bottle aged into an exceptional example of its varietal. It’s an excellent Washington, fruit forward, red with the intensity to go along with its ripe, black cherry fruit opening. Its finish is bold smooth and long. Ideal with beef, pork and venison.
