Please join us on Tuesday, February 6 at 6:30pm for our PlumpJack Estate wine dinner. After opening two successful estate wineries in Napa Valley, PlumpJack Estate in Oakville in 1995 and CADE Estate on Howell Mountain in 2005, the partners have created the impressive Odette Estate nestled in the palisades of the Stags Leap District. Scott Gaffney, Eastern Regional Sales Manager, will guide us through wine pairings that showcase the nuances of all three Estate properties. These properties, from three of the most prestigious appellations within Napa Valley, offer contrasting but extraordinary expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon.
