Join us to learnand taste the basics of the Mediterranean diet concepts while discovering how to use oils, vinegars and spices to make healthy, delicious snacks, appetizers, main courses, sides, even desserts! Each class will feature three different recipes, which you will take home along with new knowledge and confidence for making your own dishes.
