Wines

Food

Clement et Florian Berthier, Vielles Vignes sur Silex Sancerre, Sauvignon Blanc Crisp White, Loire, Fr, Y, Minerally with limestone notes, fresh and lively in the mouth with nice length. Traditional vinification with low temperature fermentation and maturation for 6-8 months on fine lees in tank.

Ibiza Salt & Vinegar Chips

From Spain, the combination of salt and sherry vinegar is superb.

Verget Macon-Charnay, Chardonnay, Rich White, Burgundy, Fr, The nose presents first slightly vanilla aromas then hazelnuts and gray pepper to finish with white flowers aromas. The palate is dense and rich but perfectly balanced by acidity. The density of this wine is remarkable.

Piave Vecchio

A sharp, parm-like cheese hailing from Northern Italy.  More flavorful than the regular Piave and not as dry as the Tre Vecchio.

American Thread, Pinot Noir, Smooth Red, Monterey, CA, Flavors and aromas of cranberry and cherry with subtle spice are followed by a soft, elegant finish.

Honey Mustard Peanuts

Virginia Peanuts with honey and mustard; a simple, yet delicious combination.

Eolo Gran Reserva  Tannat, Ruby Cabernet, Bold Red, Atlantida, Uruguay, Y, A robust nose of black licorice sun-dried on smoky eucalyptus. A mouthful of oven baked date and pistachio tart, leaving a grand finish of raisined black cherry

Wookey Hole Cheddar

From England, a sharp, cave-aged cheddar. Just delicious.

Canard, Zinfandel, Bold Red, Alexander Valley, CA, Y, This wine is structured, balanced and incredibly elegant. On the nose and upon entry, the wine is a seamless transition of rich, ripe raspberry, cedar, exotic spices and a hint of sage brush. The mid-palate is full bodied with a luscious mouth feel of ripe red cherries and sweet black plums. The finish is long and soft with hints of vanilla bean, coriander and campfire smoke.

Black Bean Nachos

Massachusetts-made Tortilla chips are topped with Stonewall’s Black Bean Salsa and some Coastal Cheddar cheese for a gooey, yummy treat.

Sullivan Family, Cabernet Sauvignon, Bold Red, Napa, CA, Y, Bright raspberry and cherry dominate the nose while subtle hints of oak add a bit of spice and sweetness, bringing together a wine that is intense yet clean. Red fruits carry over the palate giving a candied effect while the signature Rutherford dust qualities of earth and leather layer complexity on the elegance of the fruit.

Wookey Hole Cheddar

From England, a sharp, cave-aged cheddar. Just delicious.
