Upon your arrival, you will mingle and sip a vivacious Spanish sparkling wine. Then enjoy a seated four-course dinner for wine lovers and foodies alike.

First Course

Seafood Ceviche- Shrimp, Scallops, Crabmeat, Oysters, Blood Orange, Avocado, Blue Corn Chip

Second Course

Mushroom Ravioli- Honey Ricotta, Truffle Butter, Pecorino Romano
